Loosing Top Level Category in URL

I have been in a conversation with Saguaro, original topic from old forum here:

Saguaros - I have called my hosting company and they can find no issues. All my other websites I'm working on can access frontend. My question to you is did you make any changes somewhere regarding this issue and that is the possible reason why the frontend cannot be accessed? This is the only other thing I believe could be the problem as all other site work fine.

This post actually applies to the Allure template but apparently there is no forum for that yet so I have been instructed to but the post here under Simpli.

I cannot access it either. As I stated above in my post, did you login the backend of the site with the credentials I provided you and by some chance make any changes? All other sites I have access to frontend just this one is broken for some reason?

If you did not make any changes, then my next option is to re-install the template and see if that works.

I didn't change anything there, I just tried to login and then visited front-end but it shows like my above screenshot.

Hello Saguaros,

I have to apologize, I am building 3 websites right now and I'm getting a little mixed up. Top level category not showing in url actually belongs in the Simpli category.

I actually figured out why on the Allure template the frontend was down.

I am going to start new threads in this new forum and if you can delete this thread please do so so as not to confuse anyone needlessly.

Again, I am so sorry. I've taken a step back from the work I've been doing for a couple of days and feel I am back on track again to post accurately.
