Email settings are core joomla , nothing in the template is influencing email settings, so i recommend to ask your hosting provider to have a look at logs files and see why emails are not going out from your website.

Yes, it works with the Newsletter, but not with the contact form :

and received the email as per screen shot posted above - you will need to verify why this is happening from your settings
Emails are going out correctly from your page as i showed.
