T3 not auto updating

Hi
Joomla v3.8.5
Having a look round the new portal I have found that my site did not update automatically to the latest T3 plugin v2.7.0 or T3 Blank v2.2.7
Can you advise me on this
In the Template overview it says I am running the latest versions plugin v2.6.7 and t3 blank v2.2.6

I can update manually using the install manager
Will the auto update system work afterwards
Is this something to do with the changes with the company

The update should be done via the JA Extension Manager component, pls install this component (free component for updating JA Products) and install on your site, then follow steps to update: https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps
