I deleted the submenus of the main menu (Manules and FAQ) and a white box appears where the submenus used to appear, how can I delete it? Thank you.

Can you add your admin details for the respective site in edit fields in order to have closer look

Go to your template manager -> Select your template -> then select mainmenu button
Then select the 2 menu items and disable the submenu on them
