Hi,
I use the JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module it’s perfect on the home page, when I go to a category It’s different just so as we start. Where and how can I change that.

Dear Saguaros,
8 years we are member by joomlart, in the beginning was the service great. Little by little the service shrink and the price rise. Now 8 days ago I asked Joomlart to help me with a problem. I understand in my first question it was maybe not so clear. But in the mails later you could read the problem, in the “module privacy policy” I have manage that for the front page and expect that the other pages are the same. That’s not so. I can’t change those pages. It’s also not the influence of third party programs. I can send a clean Akeeba backup made in XAMPP where in you can see the same problem.
I think now was it a good idea to pay already for next year.
I’m disappointed, still no solution.

Hi La-ong,

On the homepage, you're using an JA ACM module ID: 92. While on category page, you use another module ID: 102 and as I can see that these 2 modules are showing correctly. That's why I don't know what is the issue here.

If you want to display the module ID: 92 on category pages also, you need to assign it to associated menu items.

I have try to assign ID 92 to the category pages that change nothing.

ceesdu Hi. Maybe I'll be able to help. I believe You mean the missing images on subpages. Am I right? What I see is that the category name from site's url is being taken to the image path. This means that problem is with SEF somewhere. Please try edit file configuration.php and make sure the value for live_site is set correctly.

Please take a look at screenshot. Module constructs urls right, it's site messing it somewhere on the way, will try and help You to figure that out, but please attache ftp and joomla panel access.

Hi,

I duplicated module ID:92 to have a new module and assign to 'sidebar-2' position of category pages and you can see it's showing now: https://www.laongvivah.com/thai-dress-children

I disabled the module ID: 109 also.
