Error in modules.php and modulehelper.php after last update

Site error:
home/.../templates/system/html/modules.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php71/pear') in /home/.../plugins/system/t3/includes/joomla4/ModuleHelper.php on line 212

Just got this error after updating the site to the latest ja_intranet and T3 template

my error is Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JInput in /home/comiteol/www/libraries/fof/input/jinput/input.php on line 39
i didn't have version folder in libraries/cms/ (only class, html less)

i trying to upload all core file but same error even i'll see on channels: ShowBox, Lucky Patcher & Kodi too

Your issue is different as compare in this topic.
Please check the path of files its from Joomla .
