Hi there,

Two different GK WordPress templates are experiencing the same issues. Previously functional websites appear to be unable to update any coded widgets. Instead of allowing the widget to save, it just scolls without end. I've tried adjusting older coded 'text' widgets as well as attempted to create new 'custom html' widgets but neither amount to anything but wasted time.

Can you please check this issue out and get back to me with some suggestions, as it's generally important (contact/menu) information that's found at the bottom of each page in need of these changes.

Please edit your thread fields (site admin account) and add username and password for your website backend. Then we'll be able to check the issue.

    I apologise but i do not know what you mean. Phunkemedia administer many websites, are the ftp details I've supplied enough to get you in? If not can you please be more specific about what you need before you can investigate?

      Hi,

      FTP is fine, but we need also backend access to yourdomain.com/wp-admin - then we'll be able to check the issue.

        Hi,

        Please update your theme first to latest version 1.2.9 (you are using v. 1.2.5 now) and check your issues again.
        Let us know if the update won't fix the issue.

        Hi,

        Could you please create new thread with credentials to your second website in thread fields? Now I don't have backend access to http://goltoninthegap.com.au and can't check the issue with widgets and contact page map..
