Enquiry form additions

The client as asked a very valid request - that a phone number field be added to the enquiry pop-up form that sits on almost every page. They also asked for a postcode and comment box which I suggested the contact form is better for this info.

Can you please tell me how to:
1. add additional information to the enquiry box or
2. how to add additional information to the contact us form

Hi,

Regarding your issues:
1. I can't see any pop-up form on your sites, do you mean reservation form? To add additional information to this form you have to edit wp-content/plugins/gk-hotel-reservation/gk-hotel-reservation.php file.
2. it's enough to edit your contact page (Contact template page) and add additional information, if you need to edit form fields, you have to edit Hotel/template.contact.php file.

Hi, there is no pop up form, it's the Enquiry Form and part of the template.

Can you please post a link to documentation on how to add this information?

Unfortunately there's no documentation for that - it's more like custom work, so I've given you only some tips where you should start editing contact or reservation form.
