I just installed version 1.7.3 of zen shortcodes (10:15 AM, Rome). The error log says:

Hi! The Facebook font icon, in "We are social" footer module, doesn't works. Also after installed shortcodes 1.7.3.

What version number of zen social do you have installed?

hmm I'm slightly at a loss why this isn't adding the font icon class

Comparing my localhost site and yours there is no difference between the zen social and shortcodes module / plugins

The only difference I can see is on the template and framework versions

Would it be ok for me to take a copy of the site via akeeba backup and download / install it locally?

This is known issue and should be fixed already. I've just updated this module on your site for you. The facebook icon is showing now.
