folamour i have desactivated the mobile detection and put the site to JA simpli, menu did not appear at all

As apparently seen, Your site has ja_purity_ii assigned. Also, Probably, this can help although relative issue as mentioned is yet to be investigated with JA Simpli assigned

Sorry however it is quite not possible to suggest and assist until we can see the relative issue being mentioned as your template is assigned as ja_purity_ii when @saguaros and me have tried to assist with the relative issue

Also, Are you looking forward to have JA Simpli or JA Purity ii assigned for the specific site ?

Kindly let us know when JA Simpli has been assigned in order to assist further if wishing to have the specific template assigned

Hi,

I checked backend of your site and saw that in JA Simpli template settings > Layout Configuration > Navigation tab > you set to show menu module in 'position-1' position but this module was unpublished.

I just enabled it and it's showing on mobile now.
