Can you provide your site link and admin details for the respective site in edit fields in order to have closer look

For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Update : I think this appears to be apparent issue after updating to J 3.8.7. Will inform our dev. team about the same and revert back as I get update on the same.Thank for letting us know for the same 🙂

I also have the same issue, unable to autoplay the slideshow. i'm building my company website in localhost.

open file "/acm/slideshow/tmpl/style-owl.php" in template "ja_healthcare".
Find

  autoPlay: 1000

replace it with

  autoplay: 1000

change the 1000 value for time interval as per needs.

It should work.

then I replace with autoPlay: 1000 , still the same, wont autoplay.

Now it works, i didn't notice the uppercase P should be lowercase. thank you
