JA Builder and Jooma Registration Form Style

My registration form is not showing correctly. Some filds names are disappearing after hover overing them.
I am using JA Builder template.
Please someone help.

marcinszczyg I can see that you unpublished the menu item for registration page due to which it is returning with 404 error now. Instead, You seem to be using 3rd party extension for registration purposes now

Kindly confirm if you still wish to use the registration form which could be seen on the link mentioned earlier by you and need further assistance with it 🙂

.jub-block label{display: inline-block !important;}
.jub-block .form-horizontal .control-label{float: none !important;}
.jub-block .control-group{min-height:80px; margin: 1em 0;/*adjust value accordingly */}

I have noticed that my menu is not working when in mobile mode (3 lines button does nothing)
