Missing Position management in JaHotel Style

After Upgrading Joomla and install https on site we have problems in Footer for the Style JaHotel default. I tried to rerrange positions but i can not find the Responsive & Position management. I am sending a picture for that. can you check please?

Your website is still running at an old joomla version ( 3.6.5 ) actually joomla is released in version 3.8.5
your template should be also updated from ver . 1.0.4 to ver. 1.0.6
You are also running on an old php version ( 5.6.30 )

Take a backup of your website first then you can upgrade php version , joomlart template and extensions then update joomla to latest version , after you can enable your template to run on https protocol-

Actually there are problems with authentication servers , Joomlart is working on it to have it solved as soon as possible.

You can also update joomlart extensions downloading it and installing them using default joomla installation manager.

Regarding the PHP version you mentioned before i have made the upgrade to version 7.1.1. The Database version is 5.6.37-82.2-log. Is that okay?

Since Joomlart Updater Service is not working now , in the case that i will upgrade the template to latest version, can go back to previous version with JA Extension Manager RollBack ?

My main problem now is the Missing Responsive & Position management. Is there any other way to fix it without upgrading the template now and extensions?

You have also joomla version that should be updated - from 3.6.5 to 3.8.5.

First to make any update take always a backup

Do you think that this fix could apply also to my issue? I would like to avoid for time being the the joomla and template upgrade.

As i mentioned above the problem occurs when site is working in https which destroys the Footer in Desktop Mode and make "Position and Responsive configuration" missing from its location.

Hi,

We managed to restore back the 'Position and Responsive configuration" and working in https. Now despite that fixing we have are facing a problem with the size of Footer 4 in Position 4. Although the Footer 4 is set to the correct size in "Position and Responsive Configuration" i see the its size it is fixed to a specific size instead of auto?.

I am sending 2 screenshots that i show what i mean. Can you please help on help on that?

In that 'Responsive Layout' tab, you can drag&drop to change the width of each position. From your screenshot, footer-1, footer-2, footer-3 will show on 1 row which equals to 12 grids in Bootstrap Grid system. The width of each module in these positions will be equivalent to the number of grids it takes. And this width will depend on the size of the container set in template.

Let me know how you want it should be so I can help.

Hi,

The problem i have is with Footer 4 which is blocked in a specific size, even if i resize it to take full width to the responsive layout. I noticed also that switching to Russian version the Footer 4 is working fine.

Can you check please? Login details are now working.

Could you try to put this custom CSS code into the 'custom.css' file on your site?

I tried to add but there might be cache in server side.

Can you let us know where is this code in the template. We would like to fix it in template instead of having this code in Custom CCS.

I believe that this code in template is corrupted. In Russian version of the same page is working fine.

You're using Falang for the multilingual site and somehow this issue occurs on this specific case. I tested with multilingual site by normal way of creating a multilingual site with this template but didn't face this issue. Pls try to use above suggestion in this case.

We clear Cache from Server and Footer 4 is working fine in Desktop Devices ( 1366x1024) but not in any other Devices. I am sending a screenshot for that.
