New Installation JA Pro, New page issue

Hi All.

Running Joomla 3.8.7, on linux server
First of all, I am new to JA Pro, earlier installed JA Builder as per instructions, all appeared to be correct.
I followed the steps to create A new page in "JA Builder Pages", first thing I noticed was the different layout between the instructions and on my site. See the attached.

I have created articles, menus etc, before no problems, but try and use JA Builder, it requires Menu Item, I add "Home page" in the Title box and "Home" from the Menu item, taken from a list. click on save and select "Live Edit", a blank screen appears on

I am quite possibly either missed something in the installation, or I may have one or more extensions/modules select/install which need to deselected.

Any help here to ease my use of JA Builder i would be really grateful for

Just wanted to advise, I have got over the first hurdle, and it appears to be function, the only issue is the header, when selected has several menus from the old installation I have been working on..

Can you provide admin and ftp details for the respective site in edit fields in order to have closer look

For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Kindly elaborate as to which content-block you wish to have in header block
