Hi,
I asked already in the old forum about the coockie in JA Mendozite. Due to the new EU-DSGVO coming up on 25th of may, we have to inform our customers abou all cookies set.
How can I remove the cookie? It is not necessary, why is it set? And if I can´t remove it, who uses the cookie, as I have to explain all cookies in an e-privacy-form.

In answer in part with the question is does the cookies process personalised date? If so they some kind of consent has to be granted.

At the moment I've yet to see a site that is compliant with the legislation other than a government site that will enforce GDPR and it is also possible the ePrivacy regulation (when it comes into force) will exempt analytics.
