Had some issuse We had to try to install com-publisher-pro_3.0.18 again. Every thim we try we get the error

I do not think my publisher installed properly I have followed all tutorials and the news is not displaying either on my publiction or the default one it installs.

Please please please help me I opened a ticket almost 12 hours ago with no acknowledgement All of my system information is in there.
