Been having this issue for a while. My guess it's a style sheet conflict somewhere. I'm using your ja_appolio Joomla Template. My Return to Top button is empty. The button appears in the lower right corner like it should but there is no icon inside. This issue also seems to be effecting my Smart Search Buttons. If you could point me in the right direction please that would be great.

Kindly check your are using latest version of T3 and template, It look like the font awesome version is older on your site due to older version of T3 and template.
if still issue remain same, kindly share a temp super user login of site in edit fields first post. I will debug the problem on site.

I updated the T3 and template plugins. That fixed the Search button issue but the Return to Top Button is still empty. I'll include a Admin user ID in this ticket shortly.
As a side note. None of my parallax Modules are displaying correctly now. Not sure if there is a new Format for the T3 buttons to work correctly?

I turned on the Legacy compatibility option from template style options.
Now you can see the icon is showing fine.
