Buildr Default template lost all design positions. Front end will not display.

the site is working OK on an earlier version of the buildr template, we named Buildr - Honeys 2 but we lost the template work from yesterday.
The Joomla default templates also work fine

bizsmith Can you re-check as the site is appearing fine with Buildr - Honeys 2 template.

You may wish to duplicate the specific template again and check as to how it goes then. I have tried duplicating the aforesaid template and it appears fine. (Kindly delete the specific duplicate template if not needed)

I assume that you can always work with the preset themes available with Buildr template

Also, Please do take frequent backups ensuring to not loose any changes done in the specific site

We know the honeys 2 is working, but the Buildr Default template we worked on all day yesterday is the issue.
Did you fix the default template design mode to show the proper module positions?
we have daily backups but not hourly, sop we need to get his fixed if possible.
also we have another site with the same issue.
the Buildr Defualt template is acting the same, lost all module positions

Interesting, I installed the latest JB extensions on the OVCAEvents.com site this morning and the module positions re-appeared.
This site is at J 3.8.6 ??

Hi Greg,

I'm still unable to view the sites or access the admin panels

Looking at the logs I can see lots of warnings coming from Shortcodes (this is different issue and does not affect the running of the template) - what version number of the plugin do you have installed?

Regarding the template - the template can't see the json file this can be the plugin or template needs updating or both
or a security extension is blocking access e.g. rs firewall, admintools, sh404sef

or the json file has become corrupted or there is a permissions problem (these two are less likely)

Having same issue with two more site today.
Lost all the template positions.
If we try to load other saved setting, still no positions
Have updated all extensions and plugins just now.
Cannot remember how we fixed this last time, can you help.
If you want to access the site will need your IP address or turn off the firewall temp while you go in.

OK Resolved...
Tried installing updated version of Utafiti and Wedding and this did not fix.
Installed the latest version of Buildr (1.3.6) and issue resolved itself.
