How do you stop publisher from sending out emails to all user friend list when they get approve as a author..
its sending out to much spam mail like that for no reason...

lidhosting Hi Go to Settings > Email > email notification. You can turn off the Let authors decide notifications to receive. Also there are more option to select for notification in the same tab.

Saw those options but the email that sends out is when a auther signs up, it send a email to all of his friends stating that he is a author now..
"Your friend Fishin Addict has been approved as an author. "

lidhosting Hi The email will be sent to super user of site. not all other members when there is new application. I make a test and noticed no email goes to other author.
