Cannot Change Font Awesome Icons in Joomla 3.8.7 in JA Smashboard

Hi,

I'm using JA Smashboard as my template for my website and just updated Joomla to 3.8.7 I have now lost the ability to change the Menu Icons which use font awesome. Any ideas on how this can be done or is it a bug with the latest Joomla Update?

Could you edit your post adding to it a temp super user account to your backend and a working url for it ? we will have a look at your settings.

Can you tell me where you would find the font awesome location in the back end then? I previously went to menus, main menu, selected the one i wanted and it appeared in a tabbed menu, now theres only two tabbed menus with no icon change functionality.
