Hi,
It seems that your site requires another login step to access administrator of your site, could you share this info also? http://prntscr.com/iqwczt
have updated 2nd stage login.
ajarnken unfortunately, the 2nd login still doesn't work, I also try to access main site, then administrator site.
saguaros apologies. have amended now.
I can log into JA Builder with my account on your site: http://prntscr.com/iqxwft
Could you try to reset your account's password? If there is still no go, send me your account via email: sales@joomlart.com , I will check for you.
saguaros ok have emailed. Many thanks.
As I can see that you've already logged in JA Builder page, try to clear browser's cache & cookies.
saguaros yes, I just tried it on a different browser and could access. I also tried for offline sites and now ok too. Many thanks.
Are there any modifications I need to do for future sites or is it all ok ?
Regards
Ken
You can use JA Builder now, no more modification needed.
Have a nice day!
Hi, can't connect my site (creating a fresh version of an existing website). Is this something you have to fix domain by domain?
site: build.thesisprint.eu
mslawinski you can try my above suggestion: reset your password first and clear browser's caches & cookies. If it doesn't work, share me the credentials of your site and your account (which you use to login with Builder) to email: sales@joomlart.com . I will check for you.
Have just e-mailed the credentials to botht he site admin and the PageBuilder account. I reset the password, cleared the cache and cookies. Even tried another browser - all the time the same issue "Unable to connect site!"

It must be cache from your browser or if your browser has add-ons like AddBlock, etc... installed, pls try to disable it temporarily as I just tried to login with your provided account and it worked normally: http://prntscr.com/iqzv0e
saguaros Thank you! It seems it is working now OK. AdBlock was there, turned it off.
