UNABLE TO CONNECT SITE - PAGEBUILDER PRO

Hi there - I have a JA Pro account - am I correct to say that also comes with JA PAge Builder Pro?

Is there a limit for domains for PAGEBUILDER Pro as it works on one of my domains but not on the rest. It gives the message UNABLE TO CONNECT SITE. Ive cleared cache and all the usual but still no.

Any suggestions if this is a ormal bug to fix

i have a similar problem, if i try to login in builder : hash-not-match:

saguaros yes, I just tried it on a different browser and could access. I also tried for offline sites and now ok too. Many thanks.

Are there any modifications I need to do for future sites or is it all ok ?

mslawinski you can try my above suggestion: reset your password first and clear browser's caches & cookies. If it doesn't work, share me the credentials of your site and your account (which you use to login with Builder) to email: sales@joomlart.com . I will check for you.

Have just e-mailed the credentials to botht he site admin and the PageBuilder account.
I reset the password, cleared the cache and cookies. Even tried another browser - all the time the same issue "Unable to connect site!"

It must be cache from your browser or if your browser has add-ons like AddBlock, etc... installed, pls try to disable it temporarily as I just tried to login with your provided account and it worked normally: http://prntscr.com/iqzv0e

Thank you! It seems it is working now OK. AdBlock was there, turned it off.
