Trouble saving revisions in K2 advanced custom module

To whom it may concern,

I am doing some updates on a site for one of our clients and am having an issue that I'm hoping you can help resolve. Its on one of the modules set up in the K2 environment which displays the room rates for their hotel rooms. When I try to save my revisions I keep getting an error message (see screencap). I can successfully make changes elsewhere in the site, so I am assuming it has something to do with permission settings on this particular module. Hoping you may be able to give me some guidance on where to correct this.

May I know which template you're using? you can share the admin login info so I can take a look.

The theme appears to be Uber. I'm a new hire at our company and the person who set this site up for the client is no longer here so I'm tasked with taking over updates.

This is my first time using the forums here. If I pass along the login credentials are they private between you and I?

Thanks for that clarification. On top of the original issue I submitted, I am also having an issue with the gallery images on the Room Type pages. They need to be in a slideshow format, not stacked on top of each other. When I try to switch to slideshow nothing happens (see second screencap).

There seems to be conflict with K2 component as when I tried to switch default template to a standard template of Joomla like Protostar for that apartments menu item: http://prntscr.com/kzp8j0 but the same issue happens.

Interesting. Was this conflict with K2 effecting both issues I'm having, 1) the gallery and 2) not being able to successfully save the pricing module section of the home page (original screencap)? The pricing data was created in a module outside of the K2 component on a page titled 'Every stay includes...' (module ID 582)

Any idea on the best way to resolve this issue? I wasn't involved in the set up of this this site and am just trying to get a sense of how to best proceed where the original design team left off.

Hi Mark,

In this case, I'm afraid that you need to post the same question into K2 forum as that Apartment page is a K2 categories page and there is issue in K2 itself.
