Hello,
i use NSP GK5 since years.
I use 11 different configurations of NSP GK5 in the same website at the same home page and it works like charm
I encount a problem (since only few weeks, perhaps 2 months but no more) at the backend side only where I see settings only on the txt form (see enclosed file)
At the time it is not a problem because it works fine .. but in the future ?
I also have to mention that the installation of such modules were made in Joomla 3.6 and PHP 7.0, and a few weeks ago my web hoster downgrade to PHP 5.6
Is PHP down grade could be the reason of this backend problem ?
Any other idea ?
Thanks for your feed back !
Bertrand

It could be the reason. Also, Your site can be vulnerable to security risks as PHP 5.6 is considered to be obsolete by popular CMS systems.
Also, Downgrade would result in missing out on several features the latest PHP version has to offer :

Citing several reasons as stated in the blog above, Would suggest to ask your hosting provider to update the PHP version to latest version
thanks a lot for your quick reply.
It is another reason for me to switch to another provider !!
great thanks

Yes, If the current hosting provider dissents from updating the same, It is always more feasible and convenient to switch over to another provider who has everything upto date to offer on their hosting environment
Also, You can view this blog which can help you in choosing which web host is right for you
If the issue still persists, Kindly reply back here so that we can try and troubleshoot the relative issue thereon
Thanks for your support, I will keep you updated ... in a few months !

I'd also check your server log to see what errors it lists
and check the browser console to see what errors are listed
Downgrading the php version is a bit odd I've never heard of a host doing that - the other way round yes where they suddenly update to 7.1 / 7.2 but never downgrade
Best of luck Bertrand
