JA Nuevo Quickstart Install

Hosting facility: SiteGound...never had any problems with them and I have 3 other Joomlart websites running successfully there already. Did everything as usual in the Joomlart Quickstart package as I have done many times before. Database created with high privilege user assigned. Ticked ALL the privileges in the user profile and added the user to the database. Got to the last screen of the install (Page 3) and selected the INSTALL button. It starts and does not finish (no error messages) . I see through PHP Admin that the tables are created and some demo data is present but I can't get past that point. Will not go to completion. Anyone else experience bugs?

aman204 Hi Aman... it doesn't seem like people are having much luck with this matter. I may just use another template.

pmcauchi Not sure about the hosting environment and configurations Siteground has deployed for plan opted by you. This error can probably relate to memory_execution limit getting terminated or could be due to lower PHP version

You may also wish to review some of troubleshooting steps here or even try manual installation

To replicate the issue as mentioned by you, I have tried installing the Quickstart package of similar template on localhost and it installs fine

aman204 Thanks... I'll connect with the guys at Siteground first and see if its something on their end. Alternatively, I'll try a manual install.

When you try again try and the browser console tab open to see if any error appears

Best of luck - siteground are a good host and normally good at solving problems
