Social media title, image, site name or definition

I want the effect whereby if I post my site's url, in a social media page, like LinkedIn the following comeup:
Title
Image
Site name

At the moment when I post http://www.tellannie.com I get 'Home' page and some site definition text as shown in the screenshot. How can I do the following:
1 - Customize it to say something other than just 'Home Page'
2 - How can I get an image to show without putting an image in the article. So probably one of the images in the rotating banner

Open Menu > Home > Page display > add browser page title and save it.
for the image, facebook use Open graph tag, you can submit the URL here and scrap date to fetch new information : http://prntscr.com/l01s1g
it will show an image and change the Homepage title.
You can also use Open graph extension from Joomla extension directory to add open graph tag on site.
