I added the SVG logo via Extensions > Templates > JA Company template style > Theme tab > Logo image option.

Then I added this custom CSS code also:

/*SVG logo*/
.logo-img {
  height: 50px;
  width: 200px;
}

into the file: /templates/ja_company/css/custom.css
