TammyCarrasco Kindly check now as the contact form has appeared in specific custom module.
Had to change default editor from TinyMCE to Editor- Codemirror in global configuration as the code was getting stripped out. Also, The right shortcode for adding the same would be {GKCONTACT} instead of GKCONTACT}
You may wish to apply the workaround shown here if the HTML tags or other codes get stripped out
