New Builder pages will not publish

Suddenly new pages I build in Builder will not publish. They show as published in the all pages list, but when opened for edit individually they show unpublished. Every attempt to publish just fails. Here are the two latest pages - very simple; only a couple of content blocks on each:
Main Menu/Rooms/Tara Room
Main Menu/Rooms/Celtic Room
The last page I built that successfully published is almost identical to Tara Room - it is Main Menu/Rooms/Emerald Room

UPDATE Now I cant publish any new menu item!!!
Please help!!

I can't tell whether or not admin and ftp credentials can be seen by everyone or not. I will provide credentials in PM or on a form not in public view.

Hi Walt,

The credentials info in your first post could be seen by you and Moderators only. Could you update the URL of your site again? as it seems not be working now.

Hi,

I just create a new page on your site via JA Builder called Test2 > edit page > add a feature intro block into the content part of that page and it's working fine: https://gaelicpark.xyz/index.php/component/jabuilder/test2?Itemid=252 I meant that I can publish it without any issue.

If you're using some extensions such as: Adblock, ABP, Adblock plus … try to temporarily disable them first and publish again as they block the operation of JA Builder.

The page you created is not published! I just opened the JA Builder page "Test2" and it shows unpublished.
Please check by listing all builder pages https://gaelicpark.xyz/administrator/index.php?option=com_jabuilder&view=pages
and click on any of the following pages:
Test2, , New Tara Room, Celtic Room, Tara Room. You will see that they are all unpublished. Attempt change status to "published" and it does not work.

Also, please try to add to main menu any of the above listed pages (or a new page you may create). You will see that you cannot create a menu item for the pages either.

I have tried with Google Chrome and Firefox with same result.

Please check more thoroughly and advise.

saguaros The problem is more than just Builder pages not publishing. I think the underlying problem may be the template or menu component.

I cannot publish any menu Item. I have created a new side menu and none of the items I create in that menu will publish. When I attempt to change status to published, it reverts to unpublished after I save.

Please attempt to publish any menu item in main menu or side menu to see this issue.

I see the same issue, this seems relate to Joomla issue rather than template issue. Did you experience this issue after upgrading Joomla or install any other extension? Could you post the same issue to Joomla forum?

saguaros I have Joomla running on more than 30 sites. This is the only one with this issue.

JoomlArt products are supposed to be stable with current version of Joomla!!!

Yes, JA Builder works with latest version of Joomla. Creating menu item in backend is core feature of Joomla, you can try to switch default template (JA Builder) to another standard template of Joomla like Protostar and see how it goes. If the same happens, then there is something wrong with Joomla package on your site. Did you upgrade Joomla from old version? or just install Joomla package then JA Builder?

I installed Joomla initially with the JA Oslo template, and installed upgrades as they were released. Everything worked as expected initially; I was able to publish Builder pages and menu items. I don't know exactly when the issue first arose; it likely was after a Joomla update.

I installed a fresh JA Oslo quickstart package in a new cpanel account and imported database. I had the same issue not being able to publish menu items in that site as well. I can manually set the menu items to "published" using phpmysql, but for some reason, cannot toggle from Joomla back end.

If this is beyond the scope of JoomlArt support to diagnose and repair the issue, is there some premium support request or somewhere else I can pay for a fix? I have posted the job at JoomLancers.com, but have not received any bids for the project.

Please offer any solution or advice how to proceed.

Something went wrong when you updated Joomla. You can try to post the same question to Joomla forum for further help.

Or you can build the site again: install Joomla > install template + extension, etc... as I can see that you have not much content at this moment. For Joomla article content, you can copy/paste content, with pages in JA Builder component, pls use Import/Export feature in JA Builder to move page from site to another site. For example, you go to edit mode of a page of current site > Export this page to a file, then go to new site > edit the associated page > import the exported file.
