The image you posted is referred to a ja acm module type footer - style-1 published in acm-footer position
It allows to split block in 2 positions footer-1 and footer-2 , i created same module in your site and as you can see it is missing of the footer-2 module ( right side ) because it is a acymailing module , to have it you should install acymailing component , this component that is free is included in the quickstart package , you can download it and install from this url after installed you should edit acymailing module and publish it in footer-2 position
Regarding contact us page you should create a new menu item as type contact
Regarding color background could you tell us exactly which module you want to change ?
