more than one map?

is it possible - and how can I manage it - to have more than one map?

Open streetmap plugin cant be copied in plugin manager. or am I missing something?

I've read it before...
But I didn't find out, how to manage more maps.

Ok, I can embed data from one map in an article.
then generate code for an other map in the open-street-map-plugin.
embed it in other article. and so on.

the problem is, when generating new code in code-generator I loose old configurations. Because
I can't copy the plugin with my existing "old" configurations.

time by time I have to update an earlier map. some places change and so on.
it's a little difficult to build new code then.

If we could copy the plugin it would be an easier job.

Or am I missing something?

Hi schach

You should embed map code after it is generated into the plugin

1) Put info into the code generator of plugin

2) Generate the embed code

3) Copy the code into your content or modules -

4) Generate each time new code and copy and embed it

What to do, if I want to show two or more maps in one content - for example in one article?

is it a good idea to create some content called (titled) map1, map2 and so on...
and fetch it in an article where it is used?

Yes you can, adding more than one LAT and LONG as showed below
