Custom error page on t3_bs3_blank

Hi. I'm trying to setup a custom error page with t3_bs3_blank.
I can get some custom text etc, but what I'm trying to do is to create a custom error page like you have in many of your templates, where the error page loads the logo, menu, footer etc, but with just the component area changed.

I've tried copying several of your error pages to see if the code will work as a starting point to create what I'm trying to. But no matter what I do, I can't get it to load the template as it's setup but with a custom component area.
How can I accomplish this?

If you are referring to pages like this one then it is using template customized error.php based in /templates/ja_playschool/ and error.css file based in /templates/ja_playschool/css/

So you need to manage those 2 files to build your own 404 page.
