Problem with topbar-right position

Hello,
I want to publish a module as in the picture attached.

I tried publishing in the position topbar-right and changing the order of the modules but nothing change.

I also try to publish in clanguageswitcherload but the result is the same as the picture.

Could you please explain in details which module should have a different order ? remember that modules should be assigned to the respective language page - in your case you need to assign them to the italian language ,also to have languageswitcherload module published you should create languages menus and assign each menu to the specific language installed - only after you have language menu module will be active .
