template is built on outdated version of Events Booking

I am building a site using template JA Conf.
I specifically chose this template because you recommend that it works with Events Booking (Joomdonation).
However, the template is built based on an outdated version of Events Booking and it doesn't support the new features.
I have asked the developer of Events Booking to help me resolve this (at a cost), but you might want to update your template to be fully compatible with the events software plugin.

Was there an outcome to this? It is causing me all sorts of problems with the CSS not being right for the EB software latest version (I do not work in CSS - I am a drag and drop kinda girl), I would really appreciate some help getting it up to date so it looks good.
