UBER : ACM Home-Video module will not start !

Hello,

When visiting my website in Google-Chrome, the ACM Home-Video module will not start ! I am only seeing the start image. When using Explorer, Safari or Firefox, this ACM Home-Videos module works fine. The problem persist in Google Chrome. Linking to Youtube and/or Vimeo does not make a change. Can you help me to fix this problem ?

Since your settings for autoplay in ja acm hero seems to be correct , would be better if you could you please edit your first post and add to it a temp super user account for your backend so we can access and test the iframe code

Autoplay works fine on Firefox and Safari browsers , it doesn't works on Gchrome due to policy changed regarding autoplay , you can have a look at THIS PAGE
So it should be individually changed reaching chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy from your chrome browser and change policy.

Is there any solution to autoplay YT or Vimeo in your plugin? Is it for instance possible to add some code to our .php file, to block of to fool "the Google settings" so the autoplay function works as before?
