Missing megamenu and cannot update T3

Our site has lost the mega-menu on the back end and we are not able to do the updates.

Any suggestions?

I logged in finally

1) First to debug any error you should update your T3 and Template to latest version released

2) Take a full backup of your website then use our JA Extension manager to update T3 and template

Then you can look again if the error is still there .

JA University template gives an error when updating.

You have not correctly set your ja extension manager yet - you should set joomlart updates as default service and add in EDIT button your joomlart account -

If you add in your first post ( where you added super user account ) also your joomlart account i will set it for you
