Go to Extensions -> Manage -> Manage -> Filter for type ( component - module - Plugin ) and unpublish it

    Could this message be a clue?

    I have disabled many components and checked and mega-menu is still missing.

    I'm escalating this to our developers support to have a look at it - i'm still receiving problems with your backend and sucuri permissions , please if you want us to have a look at this in a considerable way, disable completely sucuri firewall -

      As Pavit mentioned, pls disable completely sucuri firewall first so we can check for you.

      Also check the FTP account again as it doesn't work now.

        i clicked on your link and it says my ip was whitelisted but if i try to apply any change from your backend then the same firewall message appear

        would be possible to completely remove the sucuri firewall ?

          Not without a lot of configuration. Do you have access to a United States VPN?

            Could you help to whitelist IPs from these countries: Italy - India - Vietnam - USA ?

            We tried above link of Securi to whitelist our IPs but still can't access your site.

              How about a U.S. based VPN.

              It is obvious that Securi is going to keep blocking even though I have white listed and unblocked countries. I asked them about it and they said their algorithms will still block depending on the type of traffic. If it is a U.S. IP you should have no worries.

              I can set up an VPN through our server here temporarily. Is that something we can do to get this corrected?
