Issue when you hide topbar-left and topbar-right

This what happen when you are Joomla 3.8.7:

I hided also topbar-left and topbar-right...

What you propose to make the menu appears in its place please?

I am on Dell XPS 15" UHigh res Chrome

I believe this is coming from updating to 3.8.7.

I updated the information to access my site

1) Had created custom.css file as per documentation here

2) Added this to the respective css file :

.navbar-collapse.collapse{height:96px !important;}

Also, Had tried to replicate the same at my local install and upgraded Joomla version however no such styling issue appear
