Can you help me please with my urgent problem.
I've followed all your instruction with the hosting company' but nothing hrlps/
If i change from "isotope" layout to "category blog", the problem disapears' so i belive something in the layout causes the problem/
no one returns to me after i tried to get help since Friday.
Thanks

    First the website is emarmor.co.il
I sent credentials on first post/
Link id in main menu is 732, and in the menu on side bar he is the last one:
    עבודות-עיצוב-גרפי

now, all my hosting configuration was revised, memory_limit is 128mb, has was suggested, and the problem occures when i change menu item layout to "isotope" as defined in JA Mono documentation for "Projects" page/
I i change layout to "Category blog" layout, menu item works fine without any 503 or 404 error. you have my full permission to make any changes and checks as you need to solve the problem/
    Thanks

To troubleshoot with the steps as outlined by you, I had created menu item titled "test" and changed between both menu item types in order to replicate the relative issue as I couldnt check in depth with the menu item informed by you due to unfamiliarity with language

Can you also add your ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look. as it might be required to check the actual memory allocated by your hosting provider
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Also, You may verify the actual memory by trying the suggestion as outlined in this tutorial - Host

My hosting service want allow ftp access out of the country.
i changed menu item to "projects" you can select any desired category from content management since it does not matter

eladmarmor My hosting service want allow ftp access out of the country.

Sorry but I am afraid that it is quite not possible to examine the root cause without having access to ftp and confirm the actual PHP memory available for your site as usually, such error arises due to low memory_session limit

it is 128mb, i asked hosting service to change it and so the change immidiatly after words/
As far as i concern you can make any change you wanto the file in the template area or even delete the template and install it again.
The 503 error apears when i am using isotope layout in projects page. this is the source. delte' remove' or any other option that you need to do in order to solve it.
I approve any change that you would like to do. the problem repeat on my local server now, as well

      Hi,
Is this case is done, and there want be any solution?
I found that the site gets a 503 error when i create menu item with layout "Isotope", but works fine when i use category block/
Site memory_limit was changed to 128mb by hosting provider and was verified through system information.
What else need to be checked?
Waiting a few more hours before shutting down website/
      Thanks

As suggested earlier, You may check and verify the actual PHP memory limit by following instructions here through internal link reference due to discrepancy reasons as being quoted thereafter from documentation excerpt

There can be a discrepancy between the PHP memory listed as available in the system information and the error. To confirm the actual memory available, read the following link and run the small file included in the page entitled Are you getting your fair share of PHP memory?

i already did that. hosting provider spoke to me and changed in real time the specification of memory limit.
i checked on joomla immediately and it was changed from 64 to 128, exactly as you told me /

eladmarmor Hi. Mentioned link is showing 404 error now, so I've tried to look for the menu item: "עבודות עיצוב גרפ", but it can't be seen. Can You please rename it to some english name just so we will be able to locate it? If You are not allowed ftp access please install some joomla ftp component. It's not that flexible as direct ftp, but it must do.

          Hi,

It seems that the Articles Categories module caused the issue: Portfolio Categories

Kindly check the configuration of this module and the menu item 'Test Isotope'

Ok, I disabled it and it looks like it works fine' except for the next and previous buttons/
That module is, maybe, from other installations

eladmarmor it looks like it works fine' except for the next and previous buttons/

To be precise, Kindly elaborate exactly as to which buttons you wish to refer to with specific Menu item type - Isotope layout

            Hi,
Problem with AJAX loading was solved after you found shutting down Articles Category Module that was remained from previous installation of JA Sugite caused the problem.
Now there is last thing that appears as something i cant solve:
When i press on menu item of projects, and projects page displays on top of projects intro image there isn't a sub menu of sub categories of projects, like it is seen in demo website:
            https://ja-mono.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/projects
            The dark gray menu.
            The page is:
            http://www.emarmor.co.il/עבודות-עיצוב-גרפי-ובניית-אתרים

eladmarmor Hi. From what I can see I think You are lacking a menu module published in module position "portfolio-menu" with links to categories.

Does it have any module class that can look like the menu in the demo?
