Can You please rename it to some english name just so we will be able to locate it? If You are not allowed ftp access please install some joomla ftp component. It's not that flexible as direct ftp, but it must do.

It seems that the Articles Categories module caused the issue: Portfolio Categories

Kindly check the configuration of this module and the menu item 'Test Isotope'

Ok, I disabled it and it looks like it works fine' except for the next and previous buttons/
That module is, maybe, from other installations

Hi,
Problem with AJAX loading was solved after you found shutting down Articles Category Module that was remained from previous installation of JA Sugite caused the problem.
Now there is last thing that appears as something i cant solve:
When i press on menu item of projects, and projects page displays on top of projects intro image there isn't a sub menu of sub categories of projects, like it is seen in demo website:

eladmarmor Hi. From what I can see I think You are lacking a menu module published in module position "portfolio-menu" with links to categories.

Hi,
After solving other problems, new one emerge:
"Previous" and "Next" button disappear in some of the articles after entering one of them in isotope layout' hence you can't proceed to next article or return to previous.
Two links with the problem:

On article that has the word "wesense" in it they disappear totally:

and in:
http://www.emarmor.co.il/איורים
http://www.emarmor.co.il/איורים/איור-לספר-שירי-ילדים
They appear but in some point do not work, hence you can't move to next project

eladmarmor Hi. That;s because the article with "wesense" is showing a masthead instead of the title as rest of articles. There is no pagination in masthead. Remove the masthead and it will show as rest.

Where from comes the masthead? if there is not direct link to that specific Article, only to the category.
And what about the other one, it shows two prev and next buttons, but only one works

eladmarmor Hi. All articles are showing on a category page if there are no separate menu links made to this article. Masthead is a module, You just need to disable it from showing on that category/article (whatever was used), it will use article title and date/author informations instead (like on other articles).

For not working links I can see the url for PREV is same as the article shown currently. I'm afraid joomla's pagination has some problems recently. But to be 100% sure it's not caused by template please rename /html/pagination.php to /html/0pagination.php in template's folder.

Even when i disable Ja Masthead module, it still does'nt shows navigation arrows between articles.

I tried your suggestion regarding Masthead, even disabled it, but still same results with "Wesense" article.
So problem was not solve for me.
I gave credentials at top of thread, i would be happy if you'll check it.

Well, I tried all of your suggestions, still stuck with:
Non working pagination, Masthead of article not exist and in some cases no title masthead and not link masthead
