I'm facing some issues on the JA Google Analytics For Joomla.
In Joomla administrator dashboard, the active user shown as 0.
Also, "Page Views", "Top Referrals", "Top Active Pages", "Top Social Traffic" and "Top Keywords" shown "Please Authorize to get the data". I've clicked on the "Authorize" and inserted the Access Code but still facing the same issues. May I know what the main reason caused these problems?

biswebteam Hi. I just checked Your admin panel and saw that my recent visit to Your site has been noticed by GA. So I believe the problem was with site not being set to public, so GA could not count any visits.

I went to the website main page, GA dashboard shown 0 Active Users.
Hi,
You can simply put your site online, it seems to be in offline mode when we check it.
For the google analytics code added in template, it doesn't relate to this module, I think you get that generated code from google analytic site

biswebteam Hi. In joomla global configuration You just need to set the site to Online. Yes please put the code there. Right now I cannot see GA being loaded by Your site.

After few minutes it shows "Please Authorize to get the data".
So, I get the acess code and save it but the problem keep repeat.
May I know why it keep asking me to authorize to get the data?
biswebteam Hi. I cannot see the autorization link when I jog to Your joomla panel. When You will see it for the next time please copy a link so I'll check where it leads to. But for now looks like everything is in order.
