ZenTools 2 Layout Issues

J! 3.8.12 and ZenTools 2.4.4
Went to the Moduel settings and I get this mess

Just reinstalled ZenTools 2 and that made no difference

yerg1 Kindly review as your ftp is returning empty with no directory/folders. Ref: Screenshot

Also, You may try to replace the folder attached with the current one in this path i.e./modules/mod_zentools2/admin and unzip the same.

Would suggest to also take backup of your current folder before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

Having reviewed again, The given ftp details are returning empty. Majorly, You can kindly provide the ftp detail access where the directory files/folders reside for the site in question so as to enable us to troubleshoot with replacing the concerned files/folders and reviewing their file permissions/ownership e.t.c

You have the domain name, FTP full server access, admin access to the site .. what more do you need?

yerg1 On examining further as I could access the ftp with directories, The issue is quite weird as the CSS filesreference from /modules/mod_zentools2/admin/css isnt coming which renders the layout of various tabs of module parameters for Zentools henceforth resulting in breaking of layout

Having tried to replace the specific folder as outlined above and checked the folders/files ownership and permissions however, the issue still persists

Will request the team member also to take a look. Please be patient while we revert back

Similar issue however in template admin this time ... Buildr
Figured this may have a similar basis.
Pretty much renders doing anything admin useless

yerg1 Try update to latest version of template i.e.1.3.9 as the site specific issue again is quite weird as the CSS file i.e. /templates/buildr/zengrid/admin/css/style.css isnt appending here which renders the formatting of specific section

I thought it may have been JCE editor for a bit so deleted that but no change.
Will progress today and report back

Did all the updates and no change.
My solution is I'm going to begin with a clean install locally and work on the issue.
Chasing individual items is not working for me in anyway.

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://qwe.au/administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&view=style&layout=edit&id=69' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://qwe.au/templates/buildr/zengrid/admin/js/zengrid/get_compress.js?version=v5.1.5'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

So I believe the problem may be in Your configuration.php or .htaccess file. Please disable forcing HTTPS in joomla nad add one to .htaccess instead.

If I change that http:// to https:// in the view template yes that works

Checking "Global Config" get's screwed around now
Fatal error: Class JDatabaseDriverPgsql contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (JDatabaseDriver::getVersion) in /public_html/qwe.com.au/libraries/joomla/database/driver/pgsql.php on line 18

So I went and checked the Extensions > Manage > Database and have this error which won't fix

Table 'o3olu_session' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'session_id' with type varbinary(192). (From file 3.9.0-2018-08-28.sql.)

Think it's back to square 1 as I'm running Joomla! 3.8.12 and updating that creates even more errors.

Interestingly no other site is doing this so maybe a glitch happened somewhere.
