Joomla Upgrade - Front Site Not Displaying - Language Code Error

After an upgrade to Joomla 3.8.13, our main page is not displaying. In enabling the error reporting, the following is displayed:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JLanguageMultilang::getSiteHomePages() in /home/xxxx/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php on line 718

When I disabled the System Language Code & Filter Plugins, the site comes back up.

Unsure how to correct.

Hi,

There might be something wrong with upgrade process as this is core plugin of Joomla. You can try to upgrade it again or post the same question in Joomla forums for further suggestion.
