404 error when enabling system routte66

I installed a service (plugin) to improve the loading speed of the site, since I could not do it with the suggestions and considerations that kindly made me
When I have enabled the system plugin Route 66 on the front I see "Error 404" on the entire page, which does not allow access to anything on the site.
You can enable it to visualize the error if you wish.
Is there an error that you can see in the configuration?

If you look at errors given if you enable error reports then it says "Undefined index: es-ES in /home/facundoq/public_html/fq/plugins/system/route66/lib/router.php on line 38"

I think that this plugin is not fully Joomla 3.8 compatible.

Google Speed in very bad for my site.

Try to contact the provider of that plugin for help.

With the performance of a site, here are my suggestions:
- Remove any extensions (plugins / modules / components...) which you don't use
- Remove un-used content
- Limit using much extensions which connect to social channel sites or which connect to external sites, as sometime the bad connection from your site to that site will affect the performance.
- For compression, you can consider to use an extension which supports optimization like JCH, etc...
- With media (images, video, ...), you can try with a cloud CDN
