Is there a chance to get an answer asap being a JS-Customer since several years?
I want to renew my JS Prof. license and wrote follwing email to arvind@joomlart.com yesterday:
A) Support forums
Aren´t the support forums under
https://www.jomsocial.com/forum
not available anymore for posting issues?
The old forums were driven by KUNENA and I guess that ensured further integration with Jomsocial what for me is a K.O.-Factor for using Jomsocial.
B) RENEWAL CODE "RENEW" does not work:
*"Coupon can be used only if you have active subscription for these product: JomSocial Pro"*
This error message is nonsense because if I had still a subscription I would not have to renew!
I have a written confirmation from jomsocial.com that renewal discount is always available for renewals - even when i. e. renewing several months after expiration.
Additionally the current PROMOTION CODE [ANONYM] from rockettheme.com where I have a member ship - does not work too!
In the past I never had to pay (Renewal of Jomsocial Prof. license):
6 Months Upgrades & Support: $99
[EMail from jomsocial.com from April 2017!)
So why does one have to pay $149 now (or 20% of if the RENEW code worked!)?
I really would be glad if I got an answer because I have to make a decision about continueing with JS.
