It seems you updated Joomla and DB structure is not updated.
I went to Joomla admin > Manage > database > fix.
Now I can access the packages fine : http://prntscr.com/jhyks0
Kindly check it now.

I need FTP account, I need to debug the code for this issue. I tried to log with attached ftp details from the ticket but doesn't work. Please let me know if something was changed.

I updated the FTP info above. It was missing a letter in the URL. My apologies.

My other issue is missing Zone ads. I have modules for Top and Bottom banners and none of them are appearing.
