Zentools empty content list

Hello,
by chance do you know why all the contents (categories, articles, items ...) have disappeared from the two lists of contents to be selected for viewing in the Zentools2 module? I updated Zentools2 from version 2.4.3 to version 2.4.4, and then I updated Joomla from version 3.8.12 to 3.8.13, and nothig is changed. The template is "Wedding". There are no warnings and database is ok. PHP is 7.2.10. As you can see in attached screenshot the 2 list of Zentools2 contents are empty.

Could you try to check with your hosting provider?

Hi,
the error 404 actually indicates a content not found, the problem of permissions, generally, should provide an error code 403.
There are many contents that do not seem to exist in the application.
My hosting provider says that permissions are still in order.

It's because your site do not installed ajax interface component in aministrator

I discover and installed it.
