Hello,

I bought jticketing that it is supposed to mix well with this template as I can observe in the demo site. Installation went well and I created 2 test events. When I go to "all events" (http://congresinnovacioeducativaib2019.org/index.php/all-events) I get this

More or less what you can see in the demo site (one of the two events is not published so it does not show up). But when I click "details" or the "calendar" I get this

The detail information of the event does not show up as in the demo site.

When i click "buy ticket" I have more or less the same issue. I get this:

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

I have tested some new things but I didn't find the right answers. What I know is that it is related with the template. If I change the default style to some of the standard ones (beez or proton) I get the event page and I even can buy a ticket. The layout is a mess of course so it is not enough for me because I bought this template and I want JTicketing working correctly with it. The comptability with JTicketing was one of the reason I bought this template.

Well, if anyone can help it will be appreciated.

Hello,

Finally it has been solved with the help of JTicketing developers, Techjoomla. There were some overrides in the template avoiding the correct display of some of the JTicketing modules.

Will be really appreciated if you could share the forum thread where solution had been provided or share the solution excerpt which might of help to other members searching for similar kind of solution and the same can be fixed in future template versions
