Cant create profile in JA Social Feed Plugin

JA Social Feed Plugin: Cant create any profile- popup appears but data not saved
Also the twitter publish status stays deactivated (red dot) even its set enabled.

Are the data in this text area hided or public?

In the backend settings of this plugin, I see 403 errors: http://prntscr.com/lbqbrq

Pls make sure that you set the right permission for files/folders on your site: file-644 and folder-755

I also see that you have 3rd party extensions like Admin Tools, pls try to temporarily disable it also and see how it goes.

When I tried to create a new profile, I see this error.

It seems that one of 3rd party extension on your site prevents Ajax of our plugin working. Could you try to temporarily disable them first and see which one caused issue? Like Admin Tools, etc...

dennisth19 Hi. I was able to access plugin setting and have no issues saving the data. But I've noticed that the cache clearing plugin is performing some operations before saving, so this may be the reason of this problem. Please try to disable it and check again.

If it will not work for You still. Please add details to configure one of the account, so we will at least be able to check if it works with fields set.

Could you try to disable all 3rd party extensions on your site first? As I mentioned above, one of those extension prevents Ajax of plugin from working.

A backup of the whole site is not possible. Are you not able to solve this ajax conflict?

Hi,

It took a bit time to investigate on this issue. The problem came from Admin Tools component as it blocks files in JA Social Feed plugin, I added an exception in settings of Admin Tools component and you should be able to create new profile in JA Social Feed plugin now.
