Changing Default Template to Simpli Magazine - Not Working

Hi, I wanted to make the Simpli - [Magazine style] as the default template but still its the Simpli - Default template is the one showing on the frontend. Thats even after clearing cache. How do I fix this?

How to go about this? Because tried the same template on a different website. Still the same issue. I know its a matter of just selecting that template style as the default for all pages. But still it doesn't work.

Please edit menu item where you want ja simply to be showed and in template settings assign the simply template as default template for that menu item.
